We accept payment with major credit cards through our secure shopping cart as well as PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
Orders will not be started until payment is received.
Orders are shipped in 2-4 business days. Made-to-order items can take 4-6 weeks to ship. Check individual listings for specific shipping details.
All of our orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Below are the services we use and what they include.
- Priority Mail® – 1 to 3 Business Days / Tracking / Insurance
- Priority Mail Express™ – Overnight / Tracking / Insurance / Delivery Signature
- First Class Package International Service™ – Delivery Confirmation / No Tracking / No Insurance
- Priority Mail International® – 6 to 10 Business Days / Tracking / Insurance
Our shop is based out of Austin and Sweden, so some of our European products will ship out from Sweden and Estonia. If any item within your purchase ships from outside of the United States, it will be included in the product(s) description.
When items ship internationally, we cannot guarantee they will make it within the USPS time guidelines. On rare occasions, customs may hold your package for an undetermined amount of time. We sadly have no control over this.
We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen. However, we do include insurance with every USPS package and can help with customer USPS claims.
Falsifying shipping documents is illegal, so please do not ask us to mark your shipment at a lower value or as a gift.
Any customs taxes/fees/duties upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
We want every customer that shops with us to be happy with their purchases. However, with the nature of our shop, we must enforce rather strict return policies.
Returns and exchanges will be made on an individual basis. Please make sure you contact us prior to any return or exchange. If your item qualifies, it must be returned within 10 days of receipt in the original condition it was sent in. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We suggest adding tracking to your return package to ensure its safe arrival. We will not accept returns on apothecary items, sale items, swimwear, lingerie or any item that is custom made to your specific measurements.
The buyer can return an item in exchange for a different size. However, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
